Tapakeshwar Fair
Tapakeshwar is mentioned as Deveshwara in the Skandapuran.Tapakeshwar Fair is held at Tapakeshwar which is a legendary place located on the eastern bank of the river Tons. This ancient temple,which is located in a cave called Drona Gufa,is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
This place is about 5 Kms from the heart of city Dehradun and can be approched by bus,taxi or two wheeler.A big fair is held here on the day of shivratri . Thousands of devotees congregate at this place on the day to offer prayers.

Lakhawar Fair
This is a rural fair which is held in the month of Sept.and Oct. It is a colour ful festival of Gharwali people and an reflection of their culture and tradition and it is very popular in the neighbouring area of Chakrata,which is situated at a distance of 78 km. from Mussoorie.

Bissu Fair
This fair is held at Jhanda ground which is about 3kms. from Chakrata. This fair is also a tribe fair of Jaunsari tribe and it is a reflection of their cultural heritage and tradition .

Neelkanth Mahadev Fair
This fair is held at the tample of Neelkhant Mahadev which is situated at an altitude of 1675 mts. from the sea level, on a hill above Swarg Ashram.
Being one of the most revered temples of Rishikesh this place is very much important for piligrims.Every year a great fair is held in the month of July and August which is also a month of Bhadrapad in Hindu religion.At this time a visit to the temple is considered very auspicious.

Mahasu Devta's Fair
This is mainly a tribe fair in which the local Govt. provides the material for prayer or offering (Hawan).This fair is held at Hanol which is about 120kms. on the Chakrata Tyuni road. The fair takes place in August every year Thousands of participants throng the place on the occasion from the adjacent Tehri, Uttarkashi and Saharanpur district to celebreate this place .This fair has good significance among the local people and it is celebreted with great reverdness.

Jhanda Fair
This fair is mainly celebrated by the Sikh communuty but being a multycultural place other people also takes part in this fair.This Fair is held every year at the historic Guru Ram Rai Darbar on the sacred memory of the Guru Ram Rai. A large number of devotees turn up from Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and U.P.etc.
